Neoconservative talk show host and son of former President Ronald Reagan issues on air death threat

Sunday, June 15, 2008 by Maasanova

On June 11, 2008, America turned a dark corner when a top-rated neoconservative talk show host issued an on-air death threat and solicited the death of anti-war and 9/11 truth activist Mark Dice of the Resistance Manifesto as well as the death of people that would disagree with the official story of September 11, 2001.

After Mark Dice appeared on FOX News to discuss his controversial plan to send 9/11 truth dvds, declassified documents and mainstream articles which show the lies that led us into the Iraq war and contradict the official 9/11 story to our soldiers in Iraq and Afghanistan, Mark Reagan, son of former president Ronald Reagan had this to say:

Check out the mp3 here and if you'd like, download it and send it to your entire e-mail list.

Now, we can agree all or disagree whether sending documented, mainstream news stories, declassified government admissions and DVDs of government sponsored terrorism to US troops is morally or politically correct all day long, but as an American, it is your First Amendment right to do so. If the First Amendment is allowed to be trumped, what was going on in Communist Russia, Nazi Germany, fascist Italy and Japan, will begin to happen right here in the United States. And if the evidence is as it is currently suggested, it will be far, far worse.

Reagan, the ninth-rated talk show host in America and son of former President Ronald Reagan, like many other talk show hosts and entertainers all across America, love to wrap themselves in the American flag and go and speak to our honorable men and women who are doing the unspeakable job of fighting and dying for multinational corporations under the guise of fighting for America's freedom. Make no mistake, that is called FASCISM!!!

Mark Dice has allegedly received phone calls threatening his well being. What Mike Reagan did was clearly issue a terrorist threat and is punishable under offense under California Penal Code § 422:

Punishment for (Terrorist) Threats Any person who willfully threatens to commit a crime which will result in death or great bodily injury to another person with the specific intent that the statement made verbally in writing or by means of an electronic communication device is to be taken as a threat even if there is no intent of actually carrying it out which on its face and under the circumstances in which it is made is so unequivocal unconditional immediate and specific as to convey to the person threatened a gravity of purpose and an immediate prospect of execution of the threat and thereby causes that person reasonably to be in sustained fear for his or her own safety or for his or her immediate family’s safety shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed one year or by imprisonment in the state prison.

The mainstream media, aside from the actual broadcast of the on-air death threat, which was aired on his nationally syndicated talk show, has been completely ignored. Ask yourself, how can Dog The Bounty Hunter and Don Imus temporarily get thrown off the air for controversial statements while death threats against peaceful, law abiding citizens go completely unpunished? Will the FCC allow a nationally syndicated talk show host to use public airwaves to issue terrorist threats? This blatant double standard and moral hypocrisy cannot be allowed to happen.

The day this story caught fire, a video quickly spread across the internet, and a backlash against Reagan ensued. On June 12, 2008, Reagan did not appear on his show, and had a guest sit in for him. The Mike Reagan's internet messageboard has been shut down due to this controversy. His online Wikipedia page was monitored, but has now been locked for editing. Popular message boards such as The Sean Hannity's online forum have closed and deleted all topics regarding Reagan's death threats. Reagan has allegedly privately contacted Mark Dice to appear on his show, Monday, June 16, 2008 (update pending) to issue an on air apology.

You may be asking yourself, "Is this death threat controversy that big of a deal? Could a son of a former president of the United States be this evil and corrupt?"

Well before you answer that question, please watch the following clip and think about all the horrific stories of troops in Iraq who gang-rape and murder children, kill puppies and sexually torture detainees can be directly traced to the media propaganda of the likes of Mike Reagan, who regularly speak to and whose show is easily accessible by our honorable men and women serving in the US armed forces. They deserve much better than this.
